If your merchandise is defective or you received the wrong product, you may return it for a full refund or replacement. Most orders placed are made to order therefore a 25% restocking fee will be charged on product that is no longer wanted or needed. We can not accept returns on soaps or shower gels due to sanitary reasons unless we shipped to you in error. All returns must be made within 15 days. If received after the 15 days only 50% credit will be applied. No returns after 30 days will be accepted.
